Refund Policy

When refunds are issued, how to request one, and how long Stripe takes to return funds.

We refund the most recent month's charge if you contact us within 14 days of payment and you have not generated any videos in that cycle. After 14 days or after generating videos, refunds are case-by-case.

Eligible automatic refund

  • Within 14 days of the latest charge
  • Zero videos generated in the current billing cycle
  • One refund per account per 12 months

Case-by-case

  • Service outage longer than 24 hours during your cycle
  • Duplicate charge from Stripe (rare, usually auto-resolved)
  • Mid-cycle downgrade — Stripe pro-rates automatically, no refund needed

How to request

Go to /support/contact with the charge date and reason. We respond within one business day. Stripe takes 5-10 business days to return funds to the original card.

What we cannot refund

  • Months in which videos were generated, beyond the 14-day window.
  • Stripe processing fees on refunded charges (the platform retains these).
  • Plan upgrades you used (e.g., upgraded to Scale, ran 80 videos, then asked to refund).
