Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle. You keep using paid features until then.
What is preserved
- All videos you generated remain accessible.
- Reports stay readable.
- Team members stay invited (subject to Free plan seat limit).
- Stripe history stays in your account for export.
What you lose at cycle end
- Above-Free monthly video allowance.
- Surface Report unlimited (drops back to 1/month).
- Deep / Comparative reports (no longer accessible).
- Premium publishing destinations are unaffected — Free includes all platforms.
Reactivating
Go to Settings → Billing → Choose Plan. Reactivation is immediate and you keep all historical data.
