What happens to existing usage
- Videos generated this month stay on your account.
- Surface Reports run this month count toward the new tier's limit.
- Deep / Comparative reports unlock immediately if your new tier includes them.
- Existing team members are kept; if you exceed the seat limit, no one is removed but invitations to add more are blocked until you upgrade.
Going from monthly to annual
We do not currently offer annual plans through self-serve. Contact sales (/support/contact) for an annual quote.
Stripe receipts
Every charge sends a Stripe receipt to your billing email. Receipts include the Tax ID if you set one in Settings → Billing → Tax.
