The extension auto-updates through the Chrome Web Store. You do not need to reinstall after a release — Chrome refreshes the extension in the background, usually within a few hours.
Check your current version
- Open
chrome://extensions/ - Find Clipus — SaaS Screenshot & UI Capture
- The version number is listed under the name
Force an update
If you suspect you are on an old version:
chrome://extensions/- Toggle Developer mode on (top right)
- Click Update in the toolbar that appears
Release notes
Major releases ship with notes in the dashboard's What's New panel. We do not pop up release notes inside the extension itself — the popup is reserved for the capture controls.
